An upstate New York native, I currently reside in southern Connecticut with my family. Music has always been a part of my life. My parents met playing professionally on a radio show in the 60’s. Growing up, I had a dixieland jazz band rehearse in my living room every week. I started composing music at an early age, writing the music for my first musical before completing high school. Working with librettist Jay Falzone, we wrote two musicals in the early 1990’s, Double Duet and That Is To Love.
In 1993 and 1994, Double Duet received a workshop and then a full production respectively, at the Downstairs Cabaret Theatre in Rochester, NY. In the Fall of 1994, a production of That Is To Love went up at the Blackbox Theatre, a part of Syracuse Stage in Syracuse, NY. An Original Cast Recording is available from that production.
Over the last 20 years, I have been mostly onstage performing both community and professional theatre. Recent roles include Max Bialystock in The Producers, the title roles in Jekyll & Hyde, Officer Lockstock inUrinetown, and the Prince/Robespierre in the 2002 national tour of The Scarlet Pimpernel. In addition to performing, currently work full time as a Multimedia Specialist for The Harrison Group and do occasional creative work through my own company.
